News: SKATE 3 Due Out May 11th, 2010

Black Box, an Electronic Arts studio, announced that SKATE3 will be available in North America on May 11, 2010 and worldwide on May 14, 2010. SKATE 3 will allow players to build their ultimate skate team both offline or co-operatively (with an Internet connection and an EA account) to compete in new challenges or battle against other teams.

The game will cater to both new and season SKATE players with the all-new Skate.School. You will also be able to create your own custom stages using the new Skate.Park editor either from scratch or using the Object Dropper to alter the landscape.

The game will also feature a deep roster of the world’s greatest skater as well as several of the Thrasher Skater of the Year winners.

SKATE 3 will be available for the Xbox 360 and the PS3 and is rated T for Teen.
