News: Wii Games: Summer 2010

Wii Games: Summer 2010 is a national competition hosted by Nintendo that will kick off with a large scale event in New York on July 16th and will end in Los Angeles at the national championship event on Sept 3-5th.

24 markets across the nation will host tournament events with Olympic gold medalist and Dancing with the Stars champ Shawn Johnson attending the kick-off event in New York and select Wii Games: Summer 2010 events.

The event is open to everyone – kids (6 & up), teens, adults, and seniors (55 & up) – and will focus on four titles: Wii Sports Resort, Wii Fit Plus, Super Mario Bros Wii, and Mario Kart Wii.  Tournaments will be held at Six Flags theme parks and shopping malls across the country.
