News: UBISOFT BRINGS BEYOND GOOD & EVIL HD TO XBOX LIVE ARCADE AND PLAYSTATION NETWORK

Today, Ubisoft made one hell of an announcement…they will be bringing the critically acclaimed game, Beyond Good and Evil HD to XBLA and PSN as a downloadable title.  (The only thing that would top this announcement is to announce the sequel!  Hint hint, Ubisoft!)

There will be Achievements and Trophies for gamers to unlock as they discover new secrets in the adventure game.

Beyond Good and Evil originally came out in 2003 to the PS2, GameCube, and Xbox systems.  The story follows Jade, an investigative reporter and martial artist, who works with a resistance agency to uncover a government conspiracy and reveal their horrific secrets. As Jade, players are tasked to solve puzzles, fight enemies, and obtain photographic evidence.

Beyond Good and Evil is one of my favorite games of all time and I am ecstatic to see it coming out in HD and for the new consoles! I was even planning on going as Jade for Halloween this year!

The game will come out sometime in 2011 and you can bet that we will have our eye on this one!
