Ubisoft released a new gameplay trailer of the upcoming multi-sensory shooter, Child of Eden. In the game, you are battling to save Project Lumi, which is a mission to take the human personality and reproduce it inside Eden, a futuristic version of the Internet and the archive of all human memories. It has been invaded by a virus and you must rid Eden of this intruder in order to restore hope and peace. Directed by Tetsuya Mizuguchi, who brought us Rez, Lumines, and Space Channel 5, Child of Eden looks like it will be a beautiful visual and aural gaming experience.
Child of Eden is set for a June 14th release on the Xbox 360 with the PS3 version following later in September. Child of Eden is rated E10+ for Everyone 10 and older and will retail for $49.99.
