Square Enix announced today that Dungeon Siege III, developed by Obsidian Entertainment, will now be released on June 21, 2011 for the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.
“Square Enix is committed to delivering the ultimate Dungeon Siege experience,” said Mike Fischer, president and CEO of Square Enix, Inc. “Although the final polish phase has demanded a bit more time than originally planned, we want to assure fans and followers that the additional effort will allow us to deliver an action-RPG worthy of its rich heritage.”
In Dungeon Siege III is an action RPG where you assume the role of one of four heroes. The game will offer seamless online cooperative play with up to four players as well as a two player local co-op mode. Look for it this summer – on June 21st!
