NEWS: Michael Jackson The Experience Announced for 3DS and PS Vita

Ubisoft announced today, at the 2011 Electronics Entertainment Expo, that Michael Jackson The Experience would be coming out on the Nintendo 3DS and the newly announced PlayStation Vita.

Michael Jackson The Experience lets players relive some of his most iconic performances through their own singing and dancing.  Created from the ground up specifically for the new handhelds, the game will allow gamers to experience his music and videos in a completely new way.

Players can use the touchscreen to draw shapes according to the beat and the dancing of the Michael Jackson avatar.  Chain together moves to unlock special effects and background elements.  You can even choreograph your own routines using classic Michael Jackson moves.

There are 15 different settings inspired by Jackson’s videos and stage performances from Thriller to Remember the Time and Smooth Criminal.  WIth three difficulty levels, the game is playable by everyone.

Michael Jackson The Experience will be available worldwide in Q4 2011.
